Gertex has been around since 1958, originally beginning with panty hoes, eventually expanding into other hosiery items, primarily socks.

The socks are beautifully designed, with good quality, made for dollar stores.

Gertex’ goal is to create inexpensive yet fashionable items which a consumer will want to buy for themselves, for their kids as well as be able to pack as gifts.

NHL being the largest licensee provides an incredible amount of design variety in items such as hats, socks, gloves, mittens and scarves. As well as hitting all age and sex groups from male-female, toddlers all the way to teens and adults.

The process of creating such unique items begins with group brain storming of colors and scheme of fashion ability. The sample products are sent to various suppliers to get their view of them, as well as getting an approval from the licensees.

The newest NHL line that is being brought out is the intimate look, including different types of underwear at a great price. This line is completely new to the market and is sure to be a hit.

Over the years manufacturing different designs of socks, hats, etc. Gertex moved towards licensed items which have now become their core business.
